Jen Aks is a leadership coach, speaker, and author who teaches people how to reconnect with their body's wisdom and step into embodied leadership. With over 30 years of experience as a dance educator and somatic expert, Jen understands that our bodies communicate truth through every gesture, posture, and choice we make—including how we choose to dress and present ourselves to the world.
Jen created The Power of Gesture®, a groundbreaking bodyset practice that guides people to process emotions, break limiting patterns, and trust their inner guidance. Her work explores how we embody our truth through movement, style, and authentic self-expression—recognizing that our bodies are constantly speaking, and style is one of our most powerful languages.
At "The Language of Style," Jen will demonstrate how our clothing choices reflect and influence our physical and emotional state, exploring style as embodied truth. She believes that everything we need to lead our fullest lives already resides within us, and her work helps people access that truth, transforming how they lead, love, and express themselves authentically.
